Dear CorText Team,
We wanted with Philippe to strength the horizontal discussions within the CorText Team. So, we deploy a weekly short meeting of 1 hour, where we will be paired with one of the other members of the team. Only one discussion per week, limited to one hour, for each of us. So we will need N-1 weeks for a full round (where everyone sees everyone), where N is the amount of CorText members.
Guidelines for the meetings
- Only one hour per week, not more;
- At the beginning of our working day, or at the end;
- The pair is responsible to decide when the discussion will take place, and book it;
- During 20 minutes one of the two paired team members presents his last tasks/projects (he is working on). We switch for a 20 minutes more with the other team member. And the last 20 minutes are dedicated to an open discussion;
- Main topics to feed the discussion during the 20 minutes: current main tasks, goals and projects, short examples or demo, possible problems and questions;
- Main topics to feed the discussion for the last 20 minutes: we won’t drive you on that!
- Each of the two participants, has two leave a very short comment in the web form
